Products and Artwork

We make every effort to display our artwork and products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Original artworks and handmade products may include natural variations in colour, texture and finish. These variations are part of the individual nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue or other reasonable problem preventing us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund will be issued.

Shipping

We offer free shipping Australia-wide.

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided where available but may be affected by postal services, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork

Custom commissions, personalised artworks and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect any rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, designs, text, logos and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Mo L’Artiste and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork, print or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
